Mirna Velasquez

Registered Dental Assistant / Office Manager

Mirna has been working with Dr. Cohen since 2001 and has over 19 years of dental experience. She began in the dental field as a Registered Dental Assistant where her passion for dentistry flourished.  She received her Registered Dental Assistant License with Coronal Polish from UCLA and IV Sedation Certification from USC.   Mirna graduated in 2006 from U.O.P. with a MBA.  Mirna is genuinly dedicated to the well-being and preventitive dental health care of the patients.  She was born and raised in Southern California.  Mirna enjoys reading, outdoor activities and spending time with her son Daniel.

Natalie Reynolds

Registered Dental Assistant

Natalie has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1997.  She received her Registered Dental Assistant license from USC.  Natalie has been part of Dr. Cohen's team since 2006.  She is very committed to the comfort level of the patients and enjoys helping patients overcome any apprehension.  Natalie was born, raised and lives in Huntington Beach with her husband Travis of 15 years and her son Coleton who is 14 years old.  She enjoys spending time with her dogs Yoda and Vader as well as camping with her family.

Sandi VonLangen

Registered Dental Hygienist

Sandi graduated from Northwestern University School of Dentistry in Chicago Illinois in Dental Hygiene. She received her Expanded Functions in Dental Hygiene from UCLA School of Dentistry. Sandi has been practicing Dental Hygiene for over 25 years and has been working for Dr. Cohen for 14 years. Sandi's gentleness and expertise with her patients has created a loyal following. Her duties include patient education, scaling and root planning, administration of local anesthetics and nitrous oxide and management of periodontal patients. Sandi is married and has two grown children. Sandi enjoys traveling, scuba diving, comedy, cooking and reading.

Cristie Ramsey

Registered Dental Hygienist

Cristie has been involved in dentistry since 1981. She graduated from Cypress College in 1985, and has been practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist for more than 22 years. She joined Dr. Cohen's dental team in 2007 and is proud to be associated with his excellence in dentistry and high standards. She is dedicated to her profession and attends educational courses to keep updated on current products and techniques. Most of all, she is devoted to quality care with a gentle touch. Cristie was born and raised in Southern California. She lives in Long Beach with her husband Dave, a Los Angeles firefighter, her bull terrier named Jed, and her cockatiel named Mighty. She is a proud stepmother to Alexandra, a college student at the University of Michigan. She enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dana Barnes

Dental Assistant

Dana has been a dental assistant since 2004 and joined Dr. Cohen's team in 2009.  She is highly devoted to the comfort and care of all patients.  Dana was born and raised in California and is currently living in Tustin with her two Boston Terriers, Zoe and Molly.  She enjoys camping, fishing, dirt bike riding and going to sprint car races with friends and family.
